Opening and prize ceremony

Join us for the opening and and prize ceremony of the IKOB – Feminist Art Prize 2025, with works by the eleven nominated artists:

Catherina Cramer, Cordula Ditz, Magdalena Frauenberg, Bethan Hughes, Myrthe van der Mark, Bernice Nauta & G.C. Heemskerk, Herlinde Raeman, Lynne Gbodjrou Kouassi & Nora Heidorn, Sophie Schmidt, Sandra Singh, and Huize You.

*We are organising a bus shuttle between Düsseldorf and IKOB on the occasion of the opening, which visitors can use free of charge. More info here.

Programme from 3 pm:

• Welcome by Paul Falkenberg (IKOB President)
• Speech by Gregor Freches (Minister of Culture, Sport, Tourism and Media for East Belgium)
• Introduction to the exhibition by Frank-Thorsten Moll (IKOB Director) and Brenda Guesnet (IKOB Curator and Deputy Director)
• Announcement of the award winners by the jury

Performance programme

• 4 pm: Bethan Hughes, Elastic Continuum, 2025
• 5 pm: Myrthe van der Mark, It, it is usual to add rose which is four rows. It is usual to add it. 2024-25
